The end result of the process and project is a report showing 30 or more indicators that reflect progress based on citizen values and needs. The indicators process and report will be used throughout the region to:

Create a greater understanding - among all sectors of our society -of the importance of charting a common course into the future
Build new working relations across old boundaries
Specify key areas for improvement that will improve our local quality of life
Inspire the leaders of today and tomorrow to advocate, help plan and work for meaningful change in our community
Hold ourselves and our leaders accountable for measurable, tangible progress
